The Knitting Barber silicone hollow cords are intended to be used as stitch holders. You press the end of a cord onto your needle tip and gently slip your stitches onto the cable/cord to hold (and vice versa). Can be used for when trying on a garment or when you need to pause and use your needle for something else.
Each tin box includes 3 cables (1 60" cord and 2 30" cords)
