SUPERWASH Neighborhood Fiber Studio DK Kits

Regular price $78.00 Sale price $104.00 Unit price per

These kits are made up of 4 skeins each (1100 yards total; 275 yards per skein) of Neighborhood Fiber's previous superwash merino Studio DK base (their new base is organic merino). Each set of 4 skeins comes in a light organza bag. Kits are made up of gradients, semi-gradients, complimentary colors, or 4 of the same color. You can do a one larger project out of all 4 or several smaller projects. At $81/kit these are a nice deal. Individual skeins of the old Studio DK were at $26/each. The new organic Studio DK (which you can find online at Neighborhood FiberCo or in our brick & mortar store in Asheville) are $32/skein with the same 275 yards per skein. See below for recommended patterns/projects.

Neighborhood Fiber’s springy Studio DK weight 3-ply superwash merino is a perfect workhorse yarn for everything from garments to accessories.

Like with all Neighborhood Fiber yarns, since each skein is individually dyed, pictures are representative of the general color, but each skein is unique.  In order to avoid color changes between skeins, you can alternate rows between two skeins.

Some colorways are named for artists including Amy Sherald, Banksy, Basquiat, and Shepard Fairey. Montford colorway is exclusive to our store and is named for a neighborhood of Asheville, NC.

Fiber content: 100% Superwash Merino, 3ply
